A prophet has issued a stern warning concerning participation in the widely-followed Hallelujah Challenge, claiming that those who took part may unknowingly be entangled in spiritual dangers and will require deliverance and spiritual healing to free themselves from harmful influences. The caution comes amid growing debates about the challenge’s origins and its potential spiritual ramifications, with the prophet describing it as more than just a routine praise and prayer session, but a setup that could have lasting consequences on participants’ spiritual well-being.
Prophet Raises Alarm
Prophet Ustawi, in a video shared on TikTok, explained that the individuals who participated in the Hallelujah Challenge may have been unknowingly recruited into “secret affairs” linked to the kingdom of darkness. He emphasized that while participants believe they are simply engaging in acts of faith, they could be subjecting themselves to spiritual manipulation that requires immediate intervention through prayer, deliverance, and guidance from qualified spiritual leaders. According to the prophet, failure to address this may leave participants vulnerable to unseen forces that could affect their spiritual and physical lives.
He further stressed that the challenge’s activities, which include symbolic gestures such as dressing up in wedding gowns or professional attire, acting out prayers, and engaging in midnight praise sessions, may not be as innocent as they appear. Participants are encouraged to “act out their miracles” in public or online, which, according to the prophet, serves as a conduit for hidden spiritual manipulation orchestrated by foreign spiritual entities.
The Hallelujah Challenge
The Hallelujah Challenge is an online one-hour praise session hosted by renowned gospel singer and preacher Nathaniel Bassey. The program has gained widespread popularity, especially for its interactive nature, where participants are encouraged to embody their prayers through symbolic gestures, dress codes, and staged actions. Participants often dress as doctors, brides, or professionals while praying for specific personal breakthroughs, such as marriage, employment, or financial blessings. Despite its widespread celebration in churches and online communities, Prophet Ustawi claims these actions may have unintended spiritual consequences that require urgent attention.
Connection to Foreign Goddess
Prophet Ustawi warned that the origin of the challenge may be linked to a foreign goddess named Kaarthyayani, symbolized by a buffalo. He explained that some elements of the program, including the “Dress like your miracle” practice, could be a subtle spiritual design by forces aligned with darkness. In his warning, he said: “Anyone who participated in Hallelujah Challenge has been recruited into some secret affairs in the kingdom of darkness, and they need to seek the intervention, healing, and deliverance. Their soul will be separated from the strange spirit… It is a spirit that is associated with a foreign god called Kaarthyayani. Kaarthyayani is a god that has the symbol of a buffalo…”
